In line with government advice we have made the difficult decision to close public access to all of our offices until further notice.
We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause some of you but trust you can understand that we have made this decision for the
protection of our staff and the customers who do call in person to our offices.
The offices are all still staffed and functioning as usual and are able to handle all enquiries by telephone.

I am sure you will appreciate that we may suffer some staff shortages over the next few weeks and it would assist us to help you swiftly
if you are able to call the office your policy is held through. If you’re unsure which office your policy is held through you are able
to call any office who will either assist or direct you to the office that can.
If you normally call into an office to make cash payments please do not put cash through our office doors. Please send any cash via
registered post and deduct the cost of the postage from the amount you were due to pay, thank you.
